In order to help me streamline the booking process please fill out any relevant information I may need for your appointment below. Once this has been filled out, I will be in contact via email to discuss further and provide a rough quote. All consults are done over email/DM, unless I advise otherwise. I do not have a business phone or accept calls over messenger.

Please supply clear photographs of the area you want tattooed. If your tattoo is a gap filler, or needs to fit between other healed pieces, please take a clear picture of not only the placement, but also the area surrounding it (including any scars or moles). If there is a cover-up involved, please take a well-lit photo of the existing tattoo or scar that you would like covered, as well as the area surrounding it. Please ensure these are images of YOUR OWN BODY.
HxW in inches or cm. Please take the time to measure, or use a common object for reference (such as a business card, palm or hand sized etc). PEOPLE COME IN ALL DIFFERENT SHAPES AND SIZES, so saying "to fit" a certain spot or body part is not specific enough.
Tattoo Style
If you do not know the correct terminology for your preferred style, select "unsure" and upload some examples of style in the Visual Description / Visual References section. PLEASE NOTE I do not specialise in realism, or do realism portraiture.
Tattoo Appearance
Any particular colours, themes, significant meanings? etc. If covering up an existing tattoo or scar, please note HOW OLD it is.

I WILL NOT COPY ANOTHER ARTISTS WORK DIRECTLY, but I can use your reference images to create something similar. A custom, unique piece JUST FOR YOU.
Please double check all spelling and details are correct. I am unable to verify the accuracy of translations into different languages.
Preferred Days of the Week
For flexibility, these are the days I am generally available. However I will only book 3-4 days maximum per week. I generally tattoo 10am - 3pm. I DO NOT TATTOO AFTER HOURS OR ON SUNDAYS. *Please note - Saturdays are HIGHLY requested. I will be able to tattoo you sooner if you can make arrangements for alternative days.

PLEASE NOTE

❤️ I love doing colour, blackwork, glitter, watercolour, trad, kawaii, 80s/90s nostalgia, pop culture, gaming, Disney, candy, fun spooky or horror pieces. I will prioritise these requests over other projects.

❤️ Please take the time to look at my previous work, before deciding if I’m the artist for you. If I don’t believe your project is suited to my style or skill level, I reserve my right to decline and will do my best to refer you to an alternative artist.

❤️ You must be 18+ to book a tattoo with me. ID will be required.

❤️ Please be patient. I receive a lot of requests/enquiries. If you are looking for a price estimate only, and not looking to book, it may take longer to get back to you.

PLEASE NOTE

❤️ A $100 booking deposit will be required to secure your appointment (this will come off your total on the day). Some projects will also require an additional drawing fee (this will be advised in your quote).

❤️ Designs are not drawn up without a paid deposit and secured appointment.

❤️ Designs are shown on the day of your appointment, and not before. Small tweaks can be made if required. This is now industry standard.

❤️ I have a $150 minimum. Even a small/basic tattoo requires drawing/designing, cleaning, setting up, disposables and fees. For the same reasons, I do not offer free touch up appointments. However, if you’re in getting a new piece we can do a quick touch up then.
